By accessing or using the CyberNest Hub website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users.

2. Services

D.E. Wilson LLC d/b/a CyberNest Hub ("CyberNest Hub") provides CyberNest Hub Managed Security Awareness, a managed program combining authorized phishing and social-engineering simulations, practical employee training, and leadership reporting intended to support an organization's security-awareness practices. Simulations are conducted only with the client organization's written authorization and an agreed scope. Specific deliverables, cadence, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate engagement agreement or statement of work with the client organization.

CyberNest Hub Managed Security Awareness does not guarantee the prevention of phishing, business-email compromise, ransomware, or any other security incident, and does not guarantee compliance with any regulatory framework or eligibility for cyber insurance.

3. Free Resources

Any free checklist or resource offered on this website, including the planned Email Fraud Readiness Checklist, is provided for informational purposes only. It is a self-guided reference and does not constitute a formal security audit, penetration test, or compliance certification. CyberNest Hub makes no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of results from self-guided use of any such resource.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, checklists, and branding, is the property of D.E. Wilson LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

Any information you share with CyberNest Hub during an engagement will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services. We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

CyberNest Hub provides security-awareness training and simulation services. We are not liable for security incidents, data breaches, phishing compromises, business-email fraud, compliance failures, or damages that occur before, during, or after an engagement. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in which an issue arose.

7. No Guarantee of Compliance

Engaging CyberNest Hub does not guarantee that your organization will pass an audit, achieve certification, or satisfy any specific regulatory requirement. Compliance outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including client implementation of recommendations.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms for consulting engagements are defined in individual statements of work or service agreements. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. CyberNest Hub reserves the right to terminate access to its website or tools at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance.
