1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CyberNest Hub website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users.
2. Services
CyberNest Hub, a DBA of D.E. Wilson LLC, provides the AWS Startup Security Baseline, a fixed-scope AWS security hardening sprint covering root account and MFA review, IAM access review, CloudTrail and logging review, S3 and data protection checks, and backup and recovery verification. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each sprint are defined in the engagement agreement or statement of work.
3. Free Checklist
Our free AWS Startup Security Baseline checklist is provided for informational purposes only. It is a self-guided reference and does not constitute a formal security audit, penetration test, or compliance certification. CyberNest Hub makes no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of results from self-guided use of the checklist.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, graphics, checklists, tools, and branding - is the property of D.E. Wilson LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
Any information you share with CyberNest Hub during an engagement will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services. We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
CyberNest Hub provides advisory and consulting services. We are not liable for security incidents, data breaches, compliance failures, or damages that occur before, during, or after an engagement. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in which an issue arose.
7. No Guarantee of Compliance
Engaging CyberNest Hub does not guarantee that your organization will pass an audit, achieve certification, or satisfy any specific regulatory requirement. Compliance outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including client implementation of recommendations.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms for consulting engagements are defined in individual statements of work or service agreements. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. CyberNest Hub reserves the right to terminate access to its website or tools at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance.
